Booking Your Program

Things to keep in mind when booking a program with Dream Shapers. They will help you understand what Dream Shapers and its performers can offer to make your event or show a success.

Browse through All Dream Shapers Presenters to find the program(s) you would like for your event. You can view information on each performers including video demonstrations. We offer a 100% quality guarantee, insurance, and professional office staff to assist you. We typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours via email or by phone.  Once a program is booked, we send out a confirmation email within a week detailing the performer, program, date and time(s) requested, and any special information you have provided.

WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING PLANNING TO BOOK YOUR PROGRAM:

• Select a program or programs that you are most interested.  For recommendations and assistance, feel free Contact Us or to call the office at 888.499.1270.
• Determine which dates and times work best for you program.  We advise you select 3 to ensure you get the date you prefer and can list them by preference – 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice.
• Call 888.499.1270 or fill out the online booking form to book and provide the following information: Your name, your organization and its address, phone and email.  The name of program and presenter and the date(s) and time(s) you want.
• When you receive our confirmation/invoice please verify all information to be accurate.  If you notice a discrepancy, notify our office to fix any problems.
• If you have not heard from our presenter 72 hours in advance of your program, notify the office to ensure contact is made prior to the program.
• Day of the program: 1) Be sure staff is aware of program taking place. 2) Be able to meet presenter 30 minutes prior to program. 3) Provide a parking place for the performer to use.
• Payments usually are due the day of the program unless arrangements have been made in advance with Dream Shapers.
